EPS World will stand ready to assist you in an emergency situation 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year. We maintain Field Service Engineers on call 24 hours/day to respond to any emergency you may have. When you call, you will be asked for your contact information and a brief description of the problem/issue that you are experiencing. You will then receive a call from the On Call Chief Engineer for your area who will first attempt to help you solve your problem over the phone. If the On Call Chief Engineer is unable to help you solve your problem over the phone due to the analysis, we can make arraignments’ to dispatch a Field Service Engineer to your location to help you with your emergency/issue.
Every emergency Field Engineers carries a wide variety of electrical and mechanical tools that he/she can use to resolve emergency situations. If the emergency situation requires components/spare parts that the plant does have onsite, EPS World can aid in locating parts worldwide as we know ESP parts suppliers worldwide. The Field Engineer can provide the plant with the contact information of several ESP parts suppliers and provided assistance in getting the appropriate ESP component to resolve your emergency / issue., The plant will purchase the parts directly from the vendor.
